Client Obligations

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to our services and materials provided by Trail Keepers remain the property of Trail Keepers or its licensors.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Trail Keepers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trail Keepers and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If negotiation or mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dutch Arbitration Institute.
